Matthew Zappia entered the property industry in 2009, founding Zapp Property as a full-service Buyers Agency, through natural transition, Matthew expanded into property acquisitions and development, which lead to the inception of Multipart Property in 2014. Matthew also has significant experience raising capital from foreign investment sources and successfully deploying it within Australia for property and development assets.

Talor Walters is NCFs General Manager of Acquisitions & Third Party Relationships with 10 years’ experience managing acquisitions. He manages third-party stakeholders in property development, with experience in land acquisitions, real estate, and legal services. Talor's sports background showcases his dedication and ability to perform under pressure. Talor is also a six-time wakeboarding national champion and elite rugby player.
