Matthew Zappia entered the property industry in 2009, founding Zapp Property as a full-service Buyers Agency, through natural transition, Matthew expanded into property acquisitions and development, which lead to the inception of Multipart Property in 2014. Matthew also has significant experience raising capital from foreign investment sources and successfully deploying it within Australia for property and development assets.

He manages third-party stakeholders in property development, with experience in land acquisitions, real estate, and legal services. Talor's sports background showcases his dedication and ability to perform under pressure. Talor is also a six-time wakeboarding national champion and elite rugby player.

CO-Founder

Simon Harrison is an international project lawyer, bilateral trade architect and strategic advisor with over 35 years’ experience. Admitted to practise in Australia and England and Wales, he has spent more than two decades living and working across the Gulf region, building strong government and private sector relationships. Simon has facilitated cross-border investment between Australia, New Zealand and the GCC, with experience across international trade, capital deployment and large-scale development projects. His deep regional knowledge supports NCF’s capital raising strategy and global investment partnerships.
